Install instructions

StanChat requires .NET Framework 5.0. Click here to download .NET Framework 5.0

and select the desktop apps option. If you don't know if your PC is 32bit or 64bit, search "See if you have a 32-bit or a 64-bit version of Windows" and look at the system type.
